How much water should I be drinking?
Generally you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces. If you are thirsty you are already at least 20% dehydrated. Make sure you come to your massage session hydrated. After your massage you may feel dehydrated because your body is using water to flush out toxins. Drinking water after your massage will reduce soreness.
