Fall 2023

This is a 4 week workshop that will introduce you to yoga which helps balance your muscles, increase flexibility in order to keep you working throughout your day without pain.

People talk all the time about how good Yoga is for your body, we are going to show you how by breaking down the poses into three sections: standing, balancing, and floor poses.

By the end of each session you will have:

  • Learned how to properly warm your body up
  • Learned breathwork exercises
  • Mastered 7 to 10 different poses each class
  • Learned meditation practices

The 4th and last session will be a full Yoga class utilizing the poses learned in the previous 3 sessions. 

You will leave this Workshop with the balance, strength, and confidence to not only pursue yoga as a self care tool, but with the tools to counteract the effects our daily activities have on our body.

  • Each participant will also receive an email with a document of all the poses learned, and how to use them to make a positive change in body posture.

What you will need to have for class:

  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Bring a bottle of water

Everything you need to participate will be provided, if you wish to bring your own yoga mat you can.
