    This is a 4 week long yoga course that helps guide you in the right direction in pursuing your yoga practice. To start this course we will begin with a posture analysis image of you before we start class. Then the instructor will guide you though breath exercises and slow warm up before moving into our yoga poses. We will then be instructing you through about 10 yoga poses or movements during your time with us. We will end each class with a stretch and meditation to release any last bit of stress from the body. To end class we will then take your final posture analysis image to compare and contrast from start to finish.
