This is a 4 week long introduction to yoga course that helps balance your muscles, increase flexibility, and keep you pain free throughout your day. This will send you in the right direction to pursuing your yoga practice.

To start this course we will begin with a posture analysis image of you before we start class.
Then the instructor will guide you though breath work exercises and a slow warm up before moving into our yoga poses. We will then instruct you through about 10 yoga poses or movements during your time with us each class. Ending each class with a stretch and meditation to release any last bit of stress from the body. Finally, we will then take your end of class posture analysis image to compare and contrast from start to finish.
